The Data Protection Act 2018 is the UK’s implementation of the EU's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Will Price Studio takes data protection seriously and has set out a policy below to ensure everything is transparent and compliant.
Information we collect
To comply with the new GDPR rules, we have to tell users how we store the information we collect and how we use it. If a user has sent us an email, we store names and email addresses in our email client to respond to them. If a user has submitted answers to a company brand questionnaire, the data is collected for brand research purposes only. We will never sell or pass this information on to a third-party.
Cookies and website analytics
When users enter the Will Price Studio website, their computers will automatically issue ‘cookies’. Cookies are text files which identify users’ computers to the Will Price Studio server. The website then creates “session” cookies to store some of the preferences of users moving around the website. Cookies in themselves do not identify individual users but identify only the computer used, and get deleted on departure from the website.
We use cookies to track traffic flows with google analytics. We ask our users for consent to set their computers to accept cookies by notifying them as per GDPR rules. Users can still manage cookies by setting preferences within their browser should they wish to block them.

We will strive to make sure we are GDPR compliant and protect our customer’s data. In the unlikely event of a data breach, we will do our upmost to address the issue and inform them and the ICO, but we cannot give guarantees for any third parties systems that we use.
